Brett Davis

Chief Operations Officer

(COO) oversees all operational strategies, and works closely with the CEO and COS to ensure that adequate resources are consistently available to grow both the business and our internal culture.

Kelly Hoffman

Chief of Staff

(COS) advises the CEO, and works closely with the CEO and COO to facilitate effective decision-making and ensure that the strategies we develop for our “people and processes” are aligned with the CEO’s priorities and the company’s core values.

Kyle Wall

Senior Director of Culture

Oversees and models the coaching, development, and execution of Chick-fil-A culture, and works closely with the COS, COO, and operational leadership to ensure that our internal culture aligns with the company’s vision and core values.

Victoria Willis - Mauldin

Senior Director of Operations

Oversees all operational strategies, and works closely with both the COO and the Senior Director of Culture to ensure that we grow our business according to our vision and values.

Kayla Grady

Director of Talent

Executes relevant staffing strategies, and works closely with the COS and Sr. Operational leadership to facilitate timely and effective decision-making to ensure we are always adequately staffed as our business continues to grow.

Ciera Hunter and Ethan Dawson

Director of Operations – Simpsonville

Oversees all operational strategies, and works closely with both the COO and the Senior Director of Culture to ensure that we grow our business according to our vision and values.

Matt Naylor and Brett Pennell

Director of Operations – Mauldin

Oversees all operational strategies, and works closely with both the COO and the Senior Director of Culture to ensure that we grow our business according to our vision and values.

Shift Leader

Manages the daily operation of the restaurant through effective leadership of staff positioning, hospitality, and cleanliness. The Shift Leader works closely with the Director of Operations to ensure that all operational goals are met, and that all team members are equipped to be successful and meet our expectations for providing great customer service.

 

Melissa Heil - Mauldin and Brandi Strickland - Simpsonville

Director of Sales and Brand Growth

Designs, manages, and implements effective strategies to grow company sales, and works closely with the CEO to secure opportunities to build the brand through strategic partnerships and initiatives.

Charleine Hawks

Administrative Secretary

Manages and processes the financial activities of the organization, and maintains all company records.
